Security
We use Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your personal information during
transactions. These data are sent via SSL to our payment processor only
when you complete a credit purchase. Your credit card information is not
stored in our system.
Information we collect
Online orders from Megabooks, Inc., require your name, email address,
billing address and shipping address. In addition, credit card payment
requires your credit card number, 3-letter security code and expiration
date; purchase order payment requires institutional details including your
business purchasing agent and accounts payable contact. These data are used
to process and ship your order and to send you confirmations via email. We
will not distribute, sell, or rent this data to any third party affiliates
or vendors. However, we will cooperate fully if we are required by a law
enforcement agency to provide information about a customer.
Opt-in to receive
occasional email
If you give us that privilege — by choosing “yes” to opt-in during checkout
— you may receive occasional emails from Megabooks, Inc. about
promotions and new products. We also track customer traffic patterns
and site usage to improve our site's design and evaluate our online
advertising. If you wish to stop receiving promotional emails, simply send
us an email, or reply to one we have sent you, with the word “unsubscribe”
in the subject line.
Cookies
"Cookies" are files stored on your computer's hard drive by your
browser. These cookies help us identify our account holders and optimize
their shopping experience. They do not include any data that will identify
you personally. Cookies also allow us to hold selections in your shopping
cart when you browse our site. Most browsers accept cookies automatically,
but allow you to disable them if you wish.

Returns require prior approval and a
Return Authorization Number. Contact us for
approval of a return and to obtain an authorization number which must be
included with the returned product. Returns must be mailed within 30 days
of receiving the shipment and require that you pay the shipping and a 15%
restocking fee. Products must be in brand new condition.

complete the Online Review Copy Request Form and submit.

American Express accepted Purchase orders: schools, bookstores, and other
approved organizations Money order and checks: order is shipped pending
receipt of your payment for up to 10 days. Place

In the shopping cart shipping page,
select "International Shipping Click Here" to go to the
international shipping and enter the correct postal code for the shipping
destination. Shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS).
International orders require credit card payment in US Dollars (USD).
