International orders must be prepaid, including shipping charges. Orders must be paid in US Dollars (USD) and amounts will be appraised on the current exchange rate of the date that we receive your order. We will provide information on shipping and handling charges when you contact us to place your order. Online shopping cart cannot be used for International Orders. |

| Returns policy |
Returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization Number. Contact us for approval of a return and to obtain an authorization number which must be included with the returned product. Returns must be mailed within 30 days of receiving the shipment and require that you pay the shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Products must be in brand new condition. |
