Purchase orders (POs) require prior registration and approval. Simply call us toll free 1-877-782-6657, 8 am - 4:30 pm EST for one-time registration as a Bulk Sales* customer. Registered bulk sales customers can pay by credit card or initiate a PO directly from our web site.

*Bulk Sales Customers are bookstores, schools, and universities that order large quantities through an established Megabooks account.

Information stored in our system
When you log in to our site, your billing and default shipping information will be displayed on the shopping cart check-out page. Credit card information is NOT stored, and must be re-entered on each transaction when you pay by credit card. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Billing information changes
You can change your billing addresses during checkout. If you need to update other account information, including username and password, for security purposes, please call us and we will change it for you.

Shipping address changes
UPS shipping charges are calculated for you prior to checkout based on order weight and destination. From the check-out page, you can add or change a street address and "ship to" name. Changes to your shipping city, state or zip code can only be made by returning to shopping cart. From the check-out page, click "view cart" (top menu item on left side of page) then click "checkout” to recalculate your UPS shipping cost with a new destination.
